By using the THEA BY K website (theashop.al) and placing an order, you accept the terms below.

1. Operator

This website is operated by THEA BY K · sole trader (natural person) · Albanian tax ID (NUIS) M31731026C · Rruga Peti, pranë Kopshtit Zoologjik (Liqeni i Thatë), Tiranë. For any question you can reach us through the contact page.

2. Products and prices

All products are new, with their original tags. Prices are in Albanian Lek (ALL) and include the value of the product. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but stock is limited and may change. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will tell you immediately.

3. Orders

After you place an order, we will contact you to confirm it. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order in cases of incorrect data, lack of stock or suspected misuse.

4. Payment

Payment is made in cash on delivery (to the courier).

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout Albania. Shipping costs 200 ALL in Tirana and 300 ALL in other cities (free for orders over 7000 ALL), and orders are delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on the city and the courier. You can also collect your order free of charge at the shop (Rruga Peti, pranë Kopshtit Zoologjik (Liqeni i Thatë), Tiranë, Mon–Sat 09:00–20:00).

6. Returns

Withdrawal from an order: under Albanian Law no. 9902/2008, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product; the money (including standard shipping) is refunded within 14 days of your notice, while the direct costs of sending the item back are paid by the customer. 7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You can sign in with email, or with a Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok account.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the website (logo, texts, photos, design) belongs to THEA BY K and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We use it only to process orders and to improve the service.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website running without interruption and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is entirely free of errors. Product colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website is the one in force.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Albania.
